At TANNEERU SHIPPINN PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to deliver reliable electronic products and a smooth shopping experience. If something is not right with your order, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice are included
- The product is not physically damaged or misused
- No parts or components are missing
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Digital products or software downloads
- Opened consumables (if applicable)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue, email info@tanneerushippinn.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or videos of the product issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
- If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and process a refund within 3–5 business days
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed after delivery
6. Electronics Warranty

Please note:
- Warranty terms, duration, and coverage are decided by the manufacturer
- Warranty claims must be handled through authorized service centers unless specified otherwise
- Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair may void the warranty
